Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains eligibility, timing, and how to request a refund or return.
Eligibility
Prebuilt items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition. Change of mind returns must be returned at the customer's expense.
Custom build boxes are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or faulty. A box is only considered faulty where Oliver's Bullion have made an error in the build of the box, or where a component of the box is faulty or damaged. Boxes that are misconfigured by the customer during the build process cannot be returned for a refund. To be certain your box is configured correctly, please use our Human Review service at checkout.
How to request
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and any return labels if applicable.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
